Q1)  What does the weekly lawn service include? 

 Lawn and Ground Maintenance Schedule

  1. Spring Clean up- Clean Lawn and Shrub beds of all leaves, twigs, and debris.
     

  2. Mulch Beds- Existing mulch beds and tree rings will be string trim as needed.
     

  3. Edging- Sidewalk and concrete areas edged 1-2 a month or as needed.
     

  4. Removal of  lawn debris- Done each week before weekly mowing.
     

  5. Mowing and Trimming – All Turf areas will be mowed and trimmed weekly to maintain a neat appearance (2˝ - 3 inches in height).  It is estimated that the mowing will occur between 26-28 times in a season, but in no case will mowing occur more frequently than on a 7 day cycle. Clippings shall be caught and removed when cutting weekly becomes a deterrent to the health and appearance of the grass.
     

  6. Cultivating of Mulch Beds- Turning of existing mulch beds and tree rings at least once a year. Any large stones or debris will be removed.
     

  7. Landscape beds kept weed free by spraying with contact weed control or manual removal by hand.

 Fertilization of Turf (Grandular)

     1.    Early Spring Pre-Emergent weed and crab grass

     2.    2 applications of fertilizer to sustain greening and reduce burning

     3.    Fall Root developer and Winterizing
 

Q2)  How does the Fertilizer program work?

A lawn typically needs a minimum of four fertilizations per year. An early spring pre-emergent weed and crab grass, two applications to sustain greening and reduce burning, and a fall root developer/winterizing.


Q3) What other services do you provide?

Q4) When is the best time to seed?

The best time to seed is typically in the early spring or fall months.  During the wet seasons is when you need to seed to make sure the seed gets enough water to germinate.  It is also very important to use the right kind of seed for your lawn.


Q5)  How does your company bill?

Billing will be invoiced monthly via e-mail or mailing (preferable by e-mail). A 5% finance charge will be billed for any bill over 30 days past due.
